Create a filter category to exclude 'Solved' tickets

It strikes me as odd that there is no way to display 'open' and 'awaiting your reply' statuses together.

When looking at my open tickets I would like to see both these ticket statuses without all the solved ones.

The easiest way to achieve that is probably to go with my suggestion to create a new filter to exclude the solved ones.
