I am here: https://business.adobe.com/summit/2021/sessions/powering-the-work-behind-great-customer-experience-ss10.html and I clicked on Alex's picture and was able to watch it. Does that help?

I got it in an incognito window, must be something with cookies/cache. I could open other sessions, very strange.
