Anyone having problems with session expiration for the Outlook plug-in?

We are having to log back (using our SSO/SAML) into Workfront daily from the Outlook plug-in. Not experiencing this with the Teams plug-in. Anyone else have this problem?

I've always had to log into the Outlook one daily.

I'm currently trying to log OUT of the Teams one and I keep getting a Teams notification every time I'm tagging is a comment in WF - I'm already getting those via Outlook and in-app notifications, I don't need a 3rd notification. I've used the Log out command several times and they keep coming.

Hi Heather. Thanks for sharing you are experiencing the daily log in to the Outlook plug-in. I've been led to believe this is not expected behavior, and I'm pursuing w/tech support.

In regard to Teams, have you tried going to Settings and turning off the directed updates notifications under Updates?
