Allow filters to be saved

Since Enhance Analytics can only show a max of 50 projects, a filter is always required. It would be nice to be able to save a filter to be reused. Similar to resource planning.

    I was speaking with another customer last week and similar to the suggestion here to be able to save filters, the idea came up to be able to share them as well - consistent with how filters operate in other areas of the platform.
