Adding the date to same-week updates

Users here have complained about the date not appearing within same-week updates. Example:

Not having the date has resulted in some users having to go to a calendar to see the actual date. Ideally, we'd like to have the date added in addition to the day (e.g. Last Monday, 9/17/18 at 3:33 PM).
