Add the custom form to the new package in Environmental Promotion.

Why is this feature important to you - For us not to create the custom form that we created in Sandbox again, especially if the custom form is complex, we don't need to recreate it again from the start.

How would you like the feature to work - Add to the options in Packages in Environmental Promotion.

Current Behavior - No Custom form in Environmental Promotion
