Ability to convert an email to an incident and and issue

Just as we can convert an email into a project, we would like to be able to convert an email to an issue or an incident.

I've always thought that - this was the best use for Outlook to WF plugin.... as I'd assume more folks have issues/tasks via email than a project.

Totally agree with this point and would love to see it implemented. It is true that more than often emails received regarding projects are issues.
