Ability to add Cap in Hours unit for Hour-Based PIM calculation

Currently while choosing Role Hourly w Cap, system displays cap or Fixed amount field where we are able to add Cap or Fixed amount in Dollar.

It will be helpful if a project is created with Hour-based PIM, then user should be allowed to enter cap in terms of hours. And in Billable hours the system should display "(Number of Cap hours )x (Bill/hr for the Role or User)".
