We use the Writer add-on extension, which provides suggestions on our platform fields. Hey Community! Looking for a little help. I have a new user request form where I "clone an existing user" type-ahead field, allowing the user to select an existing Worfkront user to clone to create the new user. I would like to automatically pull into a calculated field on the same form the access level of the cloned user identified in the type-ahead field. Any thoughts on how this can be accomplished? TIA! Jen

Hello everyone,I'm currently dealing with the renewal of our Workfront contract and wanted to gather opinions on the new licensing model. It seems like a revenue-driven move, and the lack of advance notice going into the financial year isn't giving off a positive vibe. It appears that all Planners and Workers will need to upgrade to the Standard license, which costs similar to what Planners currently do. Reviewers, previously free, now have to upgrade to Light, as the Contributor license is limited to making no more than 5 decisions a month (which I find quite perplexing).The removal of basic functionality from the Light license, such as completing assigned tasks and generating proofs, means Workers have to be unnecessarily upgraded to Standard.Has anyone gone through this process already and have any suggestions?Thanks,Marta

Hi Team,I’m encountering an issue with the formatting features (bold, italics, and underline) not functioning correctly in Adobe Workfront.We tried several approaches: Used <b> and <strong> tags, but they aren't rendering as bold. Used the "Text with formatting" field, selected the desired line, and clicked the Bold icon — but that also didn't work.Has anyone else experienced this problem? I'm trying to figure out which module works best for removing the custom form attached to a Task. I don't necessarily what to delete the task so I know it's not the Delete Record Module.  But when I go to the Update Module, it doesn't really show a way for me to remove the Category ID. Gives me the ability to update the form or ID but not a way to delete it.  Is there a function that works for this? 

The My Approvals widget only shows proofs that the user is an approver on. I have users that are reviewers in lots of proofs and they would like to see a list of which ones are still open so they can go in and check on them and follow up with the approver if necessary. All the proofing options I've seen are centered around the approver. Is there anyway to create a report that shows all the reports someone is in regardless of their role in the proof?

It seems like it should be straightforward, but I can't seem to find the right combination of modules to do this. I have several different projects with updates (comments) containing specific keywords that I'd like to delete. Any suggestions to do this? I'm a sys admin, so access level shouldn't be an issue.

Is there a way to expose project level field on a request form?   Sample scenario is that we have key dates that users need to submit project requests which changes every quarter and we want to expose this on an intake request for them for their review.    I put together a sample request queue project which had a field added to capture a date on a custom form.  I then built out a request queue form for a user which had a calculated field to display the project field value.   This stays as N/A until the form is submitted and then appears populated once i reopen it, not before.   Any way to expose this before submittal?   

Hi, I’m stuck on something - how do you use Fusion to subtract x days from a planned completion date? I can see there’s an addDays function, but nothing for subtracting. Is there a workaround for this? 

Hi community... trying to create something like the Project Details of a project... a type of "Project Summary" of sorts. In it I'm hoping to have certain particular fields from the project, including budget, actuals, custom form fields, etc. I can't seem to find how to get this done nicely... kind of an executive summary of a project that's a clean report of that one project alone (not a list of projects). The Project Details section has several fields our company does not use, and has several fields missing that I need to present to our executives. Any thoughts? 

I have 2 custom fields that I use a watch events module to filled in whenever certain tasks are completed.  This works for projects going forward but I need to fill in the custom fields values for active projects where these tasks have already been completed.  Is there to way regularly loop through active projects and if the tasks I'm looking at are completed to fill in the custom fields? Thanks in advance for any and all help Frank

Hello, I am attempting to run a report that displays the number of proof versions in a Project. I found this link to achieve this but I was hoping to stretch this even further by including the # of comments on each proof version. My output currently looks like this:displayname=Proofs - Version listdelimiter=<br> listmethod=nested(documents).lists textmode=true type=iterate valueexpression=IF(ISBLANK({currentVersion}.{proofID}),"",CONCAT({name}," - ",{currentVersion}.{version})) valueformat=HTMLThe highlighted shows the number of versions but ideally I would have each version as it's own line item, with the number of comments for each. I am running a Project report currently. The ultimate ask is to see both the number of proof versions per project and how many comments are posted on each version. Thank you!

Greetings All - I am new to API Calls and I almost have this scenario complete. However, I'm having an error message issue and don't know how to fix it. Here's the scenario - I'm copying fields from one Custom Form to another. The fields are exactly the same. However, it's causing the attached error. I think it's because I'm copying it from An issue object into a program object.Here's what I think it is...but I'm not entirely sure:Verify Custom Field Configuration: Do I need to use DE:<customFieldName> instead? If so, which module would I need to update?Update the API Version: Do I need a newer API version in Fusion? If so, how would I do that? I am using a Download Document module to download a CSV file and parsing the data from it with a Parse File module. It is not a binary file, but there are some special characters in the file since the addresses are located in Mexico. When I look at the parse file module input from the downloaded file, I see where those characters have been replaced with a question mark in a diamond ( P.º Xaman becomes P.� Xaman), but when I paste that same data directly into the parse CSV module and run just that module, the address results are correct. The only thing I can guess is that in the download process, those characters are being changed somehow. This even happens with an em dash character.  I tried adding the toString() function, but the results are the same. Is there anything I can do to preserve those characters? I can't just remove them with the ascii function because the address will no longer be valid. Workfront itself allows those characters if I manually store the address in the c
