I have a calculated field used to add a request tag to a request, based on user selections on the request custom form. The field is on a custom form that is attached to the queue topic. The field calculates great on the request but when the request is converted to a task or project, the calculation doesn't carry over and shows N/A in the task or project. The custom form containing the field is set for project, task and issue objects. A sample of the text mode is below. IF({categoryID}="666902770070b579b760058a798a62b7",{DE:Mail-Email-Outreach Request Type},IF({categoryID}="66673189002fd1bf87687601fe100381",{DE:Existing Email-Mail List Request Type}, "N/A")) Is there any way I can add to the text mode so the calculation carries over to the request custom form with the calculated field, which is linked to the converted task or project? I would like to see the request tag calculated field when in the converted task or project. Thanks!

Hi, I thought I had this calculated expression written correctly, but everything returns "Other".  Have I missed some syntax somewhere or should I be using a different expression. IFIN({DE:*PRM Project Type}, "Adhoc", "Funded- Signature", "Funded-P&P","Funded-A&E","Conferences/Events/Webinars", "Funded (Signature)", "Japan","QUANT Client/Member","Research Circle", CONCAT("Primary Research"),IFIN({DE:*PRM Project Type},"Gartner Benchmark","Gartner Score","QUANT Benchmarks & Diagnostics", CONCAT("Benchmark & Diagnostics"),CONCAT("Other"))) The *PRM project type field is a single select dropdown and we do have 'show values' on.  I wasn't sure if that was causing an issue. You can see that it always calculates to 'Other' Thank you! 

Is anyone else having problems with receiving email notifications when assigning a task? Some of our users are receiving email notifications and some are not. Project status is executing. Org and individual email notifications are set to receive. Users are Workers and I am a sys admin. I'm receiving zero and there has been a mix amongst the workers regardless of whether I assign the task or have someone else assign the task. It's all over the place. I have a support ticket in but they referred me to my IT. IT traced emails and the "missing" email notifications are definitely not coming to us. 

We have a proof in progress. The content owner added 4 comments to the proof but this orange icon with the comment bubble is indicating there are 15. Can anyone explain this to me? TIA!!

Hi All,A unit on my team is wanting to create a survey in WF, and I've been tasked with helping to automate it via Fusion.  I have a demo scenario that works well: a Watch Events module is triggered when projects created from a specific template are marked complete; an issue (with a custom form containing the survey questions) is created in a project that stores all the survey issues; a tagged note is created, and a notification with the survey/issue link is sent to the project owner.I've been thinking about how best to implement the actual scenario as the survey creators provide more info.  They've indicated that they want to survey projects created from multiple templates--perhaps as many as 50-70.  This obviously rules out using the simple trigger I've created (as I've read the multiple forum posts lamenting the inability to use OR in Watch Events filters).  I'm considering 3 options, and I'd like to know if anyone has thoughts/advice/alternatives, etc.Option 1 (

One of my fields has 9 "contains" criteria, which has forced me to repeat ALL the other criteria 8 times. I was trying to use "cilike" to gather them in one place. How to attach Rate card in Project by using Custom API call module in fusion?

I am working on a custom form attached to my projects. I know that single select drop-down can have a default option, but I want to apply a default option for single line text. Is this possible?

Hi, I am working on a unique project level report. I want to display projects on this report that: 1. Have tasks with a plannedCompleteDate within the current week that I open the report.2. But ONLY if the tasks have not been completed. I think I got #1 correct by using this exists filter:  But #2, I am not sure. I've been going through all my scenarios (painfully) to make sure I am "aligned" with updates, but I'm finding more problems than solutions.  Looking at the Adobe > Search Module and specifically calling out the "Program" lookup, it would seem that the output section seems a little .... lacking (or non-existent)! : / I also noticed that there's no "Advanced" check box anymore for this module ... To be fair, I knew the changes were coming but does anyone have an alternative for this? .. and who thought it was a good idea to make it required to select a custom form so you can select "Default System Values" when you don't want custom form values? This seems so backward. : (

We have a set naming convention with projects, but it's up to our managers to move them into programs. I am trying to figure out how to create a report that calls out projects that need to be moved to programs and highlights them. I am feeling a bit lost on where to start! Point me in the right direction! JM

I have projects for which tasks often have a primary document associated with them.I am having engagement issues regarding collaboration on living documents.  A barrier is the need to download a doc, make edits, and then re-upload to WF.I like these controls on some documents, others I was to promote more collaboration and work on a living document.Can I include a hyperlink to a document associated with a task that would allow team members to access the document, say in one-drive or other platform that allows for multiple users to edit and access and autosave.

I think I may have gone down the rabbit hole and now nothing is making sense (or working!) for me.... Forgive me if this turns out to be a painfully easy fix.  Situation: We have a single Group in Workfront, with 3 Teams. Team 1 is a collection of all employees and is used only for the Senior Leadership Team. Team 2 is the Learning Program Team and Team 3 is the Design Team. I want to create a few different views for different teams/individuals.I don't know how to create a View using Text Mode - I have seen a few solutions posted using this, but I'm not sure what I would need to change to make it work for me (ie. the fields that should be edited). If there is a breakdown of how to do this, explaining what parts of the text need to be changed to my information specifically, I would appreciate any resources.  1. I have a Queue status associated to some Projects because technically they are request Queues. When I try to filter this view to Project: Statu
