Adobe Workfront

We have a Project with a section of Events our photo and video teams will be shooting at and a section of the finished deliverables that need to come from those Event shoots.Project- Events-- Event A-- Event B- Production Work-- Deliverable 1-- Deliverable 2-- Deliverable 3-- Deliverable 4 I am trying to show the relationship in the report. Something like:Event nameEvent DetailsShot listsAssociated DeliverablesEvent ADate, TimeShoot stuffDeliverable 2Deliverable 3Deliverable 4Event BDate, TimeShoot stuffDeliverable 1 I assume we will need to relate tasks via a Custom Field. I was trying to add a field to a form at the Deliverable task with the URL/ID/Name of the Event it is associated with. Then in the report, I was using the listmethod : valueexpression=IF({DE:Associated Event}=???,{name},"") listdelimiter=<p> listmethod=nested(project.tasks).lists valueformat=HTML displayname=Deliverable type=iterate I do not think I can pass in the context of the Event

It really sounds like a dumb question, but hoping others can chime in - am I understanding correctly that if we don't pay for Fusion, we no longer get to connect these applications come February? At

We have started to notice on several projects that the Percent Complete header is displaying 100% when their is still a task left to complete. The parent task is also displaying 100% even though there is still a child task that has been completed yet.  Just looking to see if anyone has had a similar experience. Went ahead and put in a ticket with Support.  

I have a customized filter for a report, but every time I navigate away from the report and then back to it, the filter goes back to Standard. Is there a way to apply my filter so it always displays by default?

Hello, Is it possible through fusion to automate the assignment of an "Approver" for task-level approval workflows in converted projects?  “Issue entry creator (Converted issue originator)” should be the approver.  

Hi All, We have a requirement to create a project and add tasks to the project after user submits Intake form  For this, we have created a project template with the set of tasks and using this template and create module I'm able to create project and tasks. Problem is based on some fields in the Intake form, we have to add only certain tasks  instead of adding all tasks from the template. For example if user selects  "web channel" field in the intake form, we have to create only web team related tasks from the template. Creating a project using template is creating all tasks. So instead of creating all tasks, how do we control creating only necessary tasks based on form field selection ? Any suggestion/feedback is appreciated. Thanks. 

Hi All,I'm experimenting with External Lookup custom form fields in Workfront.I wonder if there is a way to concatenate 2 (or more) values from the response of the external application so that they are both visible in the option list.For example, if the external lookup returnes a JSON that includes both ID and name values, what would I put in the JSON Path field instead of $.data[*].name, to display e.g. "Name (ID)" as option in the drop down.This would be useful in situations where I have no control over the external app, i.e. I can't make the API to return concatenated values in the first place (e.g. if the external URL points to the Workfront API).Thank you for your input.Tibor

I'm looking to create documentation to act as a knowledge base for administrators that is specific to my instance of Workfront. We are starting from scratch so I'm open to ideas or any existing documentation from others have built this for their instance from an Admin perspective. You don't need to share your documentation but if you have a template you'd be willing to share that could be used by others that would be a great place to start. I was considering going to the setup section and going from top to bottom and listing out how we have customized for each item. If there was something already out that that is intuitive or formatted for this work I'd like to avoid reinventing the wheel if possible. Thanks much.

I have a lookup project for markets and many of them are 1:1 with a single city. If someone chooses a market and there is only one city resulting, is there any way to autoselect that value instead of them manually having to select the single result from the dropdown?  Is this a place where a Fusion scenario might be a better fit than an external lookup field? 

Hi there,  We currently have a link in Workfront through the main menu that takes users to AEM Assets. This is currently set up to the old UI, but we would like to start using the new UI, and so I'm wondering how I can change this link. I have read the Documentation page called "Configure the Experience Manager Assets as a Cloud Service integration", but the way I'm reading it I think this relates to the integration within 'Documents' areas of 'Projects' where we can add linked folders?  Does anyone know if this is the place I can update the main menu link to direct users to the new UI?Setup > Documents > Experience Manager Assets If this is the place, then on the back of this I had a question on metadata mapping. We have just completed a project with a third party who have helped us to define our Metadata schema (in the new UI), and so I'm concerned that this mapping will need to be redone should I add the URL for the new UI? Thanks in advance,&nbsp

Helloes, I am trying to create some kind of report or anything that could be exported that includes PTO's and the designated holidays for different users. I can easily get the PTO via search + read related records modules, but I am having a hard time getting the dates of the designated holidays that are coming from the schedule. I have tried using the Custom API Call module to GET those and I have also tried using the HTTP module to GET the schedule exceptions but most likely due to my lack of experience it didnt go too well. Would there be any suggestions on how to achieve such thing? Thank you for your time and looking forward to hearing your suggestions. Also, I understood that the calendar view can help with at least viewing it visually in case it cannot be done.

Could someone give me a little guidance for working with the the Fusion internal API?  I've created an API token (selecting all the 'read' options), and I've looked at the Make.com documentation.I've tried using an HTTP Make a Request module, using https://app.workfrontfusion.com/api/v5/ as a base URL (using v2 like I see in the Make.com documentation seems to result in a "not logged in" error).  I've tried different calls (a list of users and a list of team scenarios).  I don't get errors, but I only get a long string of HTML code (that doesn't appear to contain any of the data I'm seeking) as an output.I'm not sure what I'm doing wrong.  Any pointers would be appreciated.  Thanks!

Hello! I'm curious if anyone has a best practice, or pros and cons for a request that will result in multiple deliverable projects.Do you:A) Convert the same request multiple times and edit per deliveravble?B) Convert the request to one project, then copy that project to create the additional deliverable projects? Thanks!

Hi allWe have created a fusion scenario from a request queue.  Fusion creates a project, then deletes the request.  The notification that follows has a link to the request that no longer exists.  Is it possible to point the link to the project instead?   Any recommendations will be appreciated.
