Adobe Workfront

Is Workfront FEDramp or TXramp certified yet? The last time I looked into a few years ago it was not. If not, will it ever be?

How can I upload a document link from a software like sharepoint? Is this exact functionality possible within Fusion using the API?  

First a client expressed this desire, then a community member asked about something similar so I wanted to see how/if this works.  And it does!   Set up the template I wanted to create a project overview page, so I just started with the fields I wanted to display on the page. Not an actual Word template but simply a docx file with placeholders for data.    Open up MSWord (or an editor that writes docx files) and let's get started. Note the field names don't have to be related to the actual Workfront field - you set the template placeholder name and map it to the value you want to display (more on that later). For now, We Just write out what we want to see, and format it accordingly. Each placeholder is wrapped with double-curly braces. Example:   In some cases, we don't want to have extra space or a label on the page if we don't have a value. We can use a rudimentary IF tag. you determine the tag name, and the start gets a pound sign, the end gets a slash

Hi, I'm trying to create a report that shows a list of projects where both of these conditions are true (using fake ID numbers for the sake of this example):The status of template task ID AAAAA12345 is not Rejected.The status of template task ID 54321ZZZZZ is not Rejected.I know how to filter for each of these in a task report using the standard filter mode, but I only want to see the project name and not the tasks themselves. I suspect this requires using text mode for the filter within a project report, but I'm newer to text mode and I'm having a hard time figuring it out. How can I create this report?

Hi all,I am trying to add a column to a task report. It should be an integer, counting the number of issues within the task's project that have a specific value in a custom field. Problem is, there is not an equivalent for count(), and even len() is only applicable to text strings, not a collection (issues within a project). I can filter out the names of all the issues that have that status value, but I only need the count of objects, not the other properties of the objects. Any suggestions? Thanks in advance.

Hi all, working on making a connection between Workfront Core (Sandbox instance) and Workfront Proof. I'm trying to set up the connection module in Fusion, but I'm consistently getting a Request Timeout error when I attempt to authenticate.I've double-checked the credentials and endpoints, and everything seems to be configured correctly from my end. I've attached a screenshot for reference in case it helps identify the issue.Has anyone run into this before or can point me in the right direction? Not finding much in the community on this exact error. I'm looking for some examples of reports people are using for proof approvals. What columns are you displaying, anything fun i could be adding in text mode, etc. Our users want reporting but don't do a great job elaborating on what they want to see so hoping some creatives out there have ideas.    I would also like to know which type of reports people are using for proof approvals and the reasoning. They each have their own limits on functionality they can display. Document Document Version Proof Approvals

I'm trying to use Fusion to identify when the third approver in an approval process is pending approval and automate some updates/custom notifs when true. Unlike other objects in Workfront, however, I can't navigate to the specific object and grab the ID from the URL, or use a custom view to display IDs.

I'm having issues with the formatting when I try to print a dashboard to PDF - the column widths are not ideal (some are too wide, others are too narrow) and adjusting the width in the preview does not stick - the last column gets cut off - landscape mode adds extra white space but does adjust the column widths Does anyone have tips on how to make printing a dashboard to pdf work so that it doesn't cut off any information and it is readable?

Is there a way to show requests that are assigned to the whole team on a report?  I know I can filter by Assigned to > Home Team ID, however this shows assignments for everyone on my team + if the whole team is assigned.  I'd just like to show requests/tasks where the team is assigned, but not individuals.  Thanks!

Hi, I have a user that is not receiving any notification emails from Workfront apart from when they are tagged in a comment. They have everything turned on in their user settings, is there another location where these notificaitions could be configured? Thanks

Yesterday I noticed an update was pushed out for the look and feel of the Teams Request Widget. Limitations for this widget:No custom filters, groupings, or views are available for this widget.Checkboxes that have been added have no purpose. States no available actions when I click on the checkbox.Current solution is to just work directly from the project and review requests from their when it's assigned to a Team. The My Requests widget has all the features that would be ideal for this Team Request widget to function properly.  Just wondering if anyone else is experiencing these issues with the recent update before I put in a support ticket. Thank you!

We see the potential this tool has and can't believe we've gone this long without it. A few of the questions we have are below. Please let me know if you are interested in connecting - greatly appreciate your time and any feedback! What was your experience implementing Fusion - did you handle it internally or utilize consultants/adobe services?What does your Workfront/Fusion team structure look like? How long did it take to feel confident in managing integrations on your own? What technical background do you think is truly necessary to administer Fusion successfully? How steep was the learning curve compared to Workfront itself? Recommendations on effective training? If you were starting over, what would you do differently in terms of planning, setup, documentation, etc?
