Adobe Workfront

Hello,  I would like to create a Kanban board for my team.  we have a number of projects assigned to us.  When I connect each of my team members it shows tasks for all projects whose status is not complete.  So projects we mark as on hold, planning, dead seem to have tasks flowing into the board.  this is creating too much busyness.  I can't find a way to only show tasks from projects with a status of current.  is there a way to do this? alternatively i can manually add/remove projects on the board, but would rather not subject myself to that level of administration of the board.  

Hi,I have an hour report that I would like to add the manager name so we can filter or sort.  I am able to pull in the manager id for a user but not seeing a field for a name.  Does anyone know how the manager name can be shown instead of the id? Thanks Heather

Dear community, I'm trying to create an external look up field for the Workfront Planning API, and in the instructions it says that I should add:JSON Path: $.records[*].data.{fieldID}{fieldID} is the field to display in the External lookup search results on the custom form for end users.Can anyone help me understand what is exactly the fieldID? Is it the WF Planning field ID? If so, how can I get it? I was not able to find it. Thanks in advance!

Hi Community, please we need your input and advise on the question below with a screenshot of what we are trying to achieve. When a user is assigned to a multiple role in Workfront how does this impact the project plan? For example, a user with a primary role: 'Project manager' is assigned 50%, and for Other roles: 'Project Coordinator' is 50%. The essence of assigning a user to multiple roles is for resource management so that we know who is available to perform different tasks based on their roles and competency.     Thanks for your input and advise, it is super appreciated.  

Hello,  There is some functionality within Priorities that I wondered whether I'm missing something or if anyone knows a 'way around'! Nothing major, just a couple of niggly bits that are a bit of a pain. 1. I have seen this posted as an 'Idea', but checking anyway - tasks are currently displayed on the calendar view on their due date. This doesn't help where tasks span over a couple of days. Is there any way to show tasks by their start date / over the number of days they are due to be worked on? 2. Again on the calendar view, I can't see a way to view only a week (rather than month) - does anyone know if this is possible? 3. When using the standard filters and filtering by due date, tasks only seem to appear up until the day before the date entered in the 'Latest' field. Anyone else noticed this? I would expect the filter to include tasks with a due date of '24th Jan' for example if '24/01/2025' was input here, however it only seems to display tasks with

Hello!   I have a system admin that is unable to delete a proof in proofing HQ. Every time they try they receive the following message (screenshot attached): You have no permissions to delete 1 items. Anyone know why? Thanks!

Utilizing an external lookup field and was previously pulling in the name of a task... easy enough. Now I need to grab a custom field from that task but the formatting for it is escaping me. I have tried a variety of formats without success, even looking at a fusion output bundle to validate the jump down to the parameterValues level. Thanks in advance for anyone who has already done this!

Are there particular filter limitations that would cause excessive load times/failures? As we mature in the operational reporting space, we are finding that most of our reports are taking longer and longer to load. Not only do they take several minutes to load, they take even longer to export or send directly. Has anyone else experienced this issue and if so, is there a workaround? I am wondering if there are certain limitations to how many filters can be used on a single report (we use many exists filters and references).The only documentation I found was for a limit on objects referenced, but not anything on AND/OR limitations. I understand the more columns and more filters you have, the longer it takes to process, but some of these reports return less than 1,000 rows which seems like that should be acceptable. I am all ears people. Let me know if anyone has some restrictions or guidelines they have put in place for a better reporting experience!

We have project managers who will change project priorities based on how close we are to the deadline of the project (due tomorrow - Urgent; due in 3 months - low).However, we aren't sure if that's the best way to use priorities. We also have a new field called tiers to indicate the importance/complexity of a project so priority really is more about indicating "timing." Does your organization change project priority? Yes or no, why?

Hi everyone, this might be a really simple issue, but because it's so straightforward, finding previous posts using generic keywords has been a tad tricky. Anyhow, here's the situation: I have a request where users select an existing program from a typeahead field.Once the request is converted into a project using Fusion, I want the resolving project to automatically sit under the program selected in the typeahead field. Now the challenge is that in Fusion, the program is identified by an ID in the "Update record" (screenshot below), and I'm struggling to retrieve the corresponding program ID based on the program name entered in the typeahead field. I need to map that ID in Fusion. Any suggestions or ideas on how to achieve this?

I'm building a custom form for work requests. One of my fields is "Requested Delivery Date" and I want to put a hard stop if the requested delivery date is less than 4 days from the current date. I've added a "lead time" calculated field to the form that is working, but I cannot natively assign display logic to all the other sections of the form based on the calculated field. Does anybody know a workaround that will allow me to hide all sections until the requested delivery date exceeds 4 days from the current date?
