Can we hide or disable the share button that is displayed for projects, tasks and other object types ??, have a cliend requirement for the end users to be not be able to see the share button for projects tasks issues documents overall it should not be visible / accessible for the end users, please let me know if there is any way that can be done, thanks

Hello, Anyone using the Request Condition field with options like "Going smoothly," "Some concerns," and "Major roadblocks"? Does it always have to be manually selected from a dropdown, or can it be similar to project Condition ("On Target", "At Risk", "In Trouble") and can update automatically based on some sort of progress?

Hi Fusion Community, I have both Search and Iterator modules that produce many bundles.  Within each bundle a user email address is contained.  Bundles might have the same user email address or different ones.   I'd like to produce a list of unique email addresses from these bundles.  Ideally the resultant module has one bundle with a list of unique email addresses. Anyone know how I can do this?Thanks!Nick

Hi! We have a field on our custom forms asking which quarter a project is planned to be competed in (Q1, Q2, etc.). The field name is {DE:What quarter was this project planned to be completed within the quarterly plan?}. I need to compare this field to when the project is actually completed (so if a project closes out anytime between January 1 and March 31, it would be completed in Q1). Field name: {actualCompletionDate}.I need guidance on how to even start approaching this calculation in Workfront. If anyone has thoughts, I would really appreciate it. 

I have a document and I am bringing that to my scenario using workfront document download module and now I want to read some values in that document which I am unable to do as the document data is coming as binary output in my module. Anyone faced the same issue?

We have a Project Manager who does not see the "Queue Details" and similar functions in their Project's navigation pane. They are setup as a System Administrator, similar to another PM who can see the "Queue Details". Any ideas of how to troubleshoot?  I've looked at permissions and layout, and they look ok. I've attached a photo of the PM who's working which is what the other PM is missing.  Ideas? 

Hi Fusion Community, I have an iterator module that iterators through a project's hours (many hour entries, some of which have the same hour owner ID). My iterator's output shows a number of bundles. I need a way to store or generate a list of a deduplicated owner ID's when comparing all of the bundles from the iterator output. Here's a screenshot of the iterator's output.                Does anyone know how to do this?Thanks,Nick

Hi,I am working on a project level report and listed 163 projects ids as part of the report filter to get data from these projects. But it seems the report only recognized 100 ids from this filter I used text mode to achieve this.Is there a limit to the number of items (or in this case ids) we are allowed to list within a report filter?

I may not be in the correct section, I'm looking at the Layout area trying to see if there is a way to make certain Fields Required to be completed before the Issue is converted to the Project. Is there such a way to do this in this area or any other area?

Hi,I have used EXISTS filters on various objects within Workfront reporting. I am wondering if it is possible to use an EXISTS filter on a journal entry report. I am trying to track changes on a specific field within projects where a specific task exists within projects. I am not sure if this is possible within a journal entry report. 

Is there a way to apply two conditions on a single column rules at the same time on the Report view?for example, I want to display 'text' on a report column when status is 'xyz' and XDate is blank. 

I have a Text With Formatting field that displays a link like this and I can't seem to get it to display in a report. Is this possible? I was able to access a typeahead field using {project}{DE:UserField:name}, but I was not able to access the entityMap where the url is stored using the same notation {project}.{DE:Merge Request:entityMap:0:url}

Hello, I am attempting to add a user to some Templates, but not in a way that assigns them to any work in the project. I remember there being an option on Templates to add users to the People's tab but I no longer see that option. Is what I am trying to achieve possible on the Template level? Thanks,Eric

I am trying to download an MS Word document from Workfront, but I need to convert it to an HTML file first because the output from the MS Word document is not readable. Is it possible to convert it in Fusion without doing it manually? I'm sharing examples below. We created some statuses that we want to use on our story board, e.g., UAT, Requires Approval, etc. However, it's just for us sys admins; is there a way to use our newly created statuses without them been seen by everyone else in the system?

I posted previously about issues our organization has been having with console migration. Unfortunately, those issues are still far from resolution. In the meantime (while we continue to try to work out the other issues), I anticipate another hurdle with autoprovisioning. We use autoprovisioning heavily in our instance and depend on it to allow requesters - people coming to Workfront for the first time who have no training in it - to be able to get in and fill out request forms.  One post from another customer describes the functionality of autoprovisioning as working but less than ideal because of a new user having to navigate through several links to get to a request form (and can presumably get lost along the way). However, last week, we were told by the rep assigned to our console migration that "autoprovisioning is not supposed to work". Does this mean that autoprovisioning is not supported once we've migrating (until Adobe rolls out some new feature calle

I've built a very simple fusion scenario which allows a user with a request/review license to upload a document and attach a custom form which then triggers the creation of a proof. Works like a charm ... EXCEPT ... the document owner needs to be assigned as a Reviewer & Approver on the proof and this scenario automatically assigns them as just a reviewer. Here are the modules I'm currently using.If anyone has any ideas on how to update the proofing role to Reviewer & Approver, your help would be much appreciated!

Hi WF community! I am currently struggling a bit with two of my custom prompt setups where I am trying to filter for specific words people have entered into a custom field. (Not ideal, I know :-) )In the beginning I had one of my prompts working but now they both don't seem to filter properly. This is how I have set it up: DE:project:Keywords_Mod=in DE:project:Keywords=Manufacturing & Supply Chain Could it be the space between the words? How do I need to set up the filter inside the Custom prompt to get a functioning prompt? Thanks in advance Tino

Hi all, We have a simple calculated field that shows us the date the first update is left on a request. I'd like to modify it to add the time and filter out updates sent from one particular account (we have a 'fusion' wf account that'll sometimes help us with more generic updates.) any recommendations on how best I should modify this to reflect that? IF(ISBLANK({DE:First Update Timestamp}), $$NOW, {DE:First Update Timestamp})
