Hi, Good day WF Community,Could someone kindly guide me on the process of getting documents from Workfront and uploading them to AEM Assets using Fusion? I would greatly appreciate a step-by-step explanation or any available resources that can assist me with this integration. Thank you in advance for your help!

One of our teams wants to use dynamic boards, which will always be connected to project tasks. If using boards, a team member can easily change the board task planned completion date, which could affect the project timeline as a whole. We were told that best practice to change project task timelines is to increase the task duration to match the new planned completion date, while keeping the original task planned completion start date, rather than changing the task planned completion date. Is there any way to add the task planned duration to the card to keep this best practice? I don’t see a way to add that field. How are other people handling moving task planned completion in boards?Also, this team also wants to work in two week sprints, but not use iterations and stories, since they can’t pull in stories dynamically to that team area. They will want to frequently move the task planned completion dates to the next two week sprint. This will affect new and in progress tasks. The team us

Here's some food for thought:We can't pre-set a custom field to automatically select a default value only when a user creates a new request using a request-level custom form. The only way to have a value pre-selected is to apply it universally, meaning the value will always be pre-selected regardless of context.Any thoughts or objections?

We are in the process of implementing Workfront in our organization, and we were interested in integrating Workfront with MS Teams. I saw in this help article that Workfront only integrates with Classic teams, however our organization uses new Teams.  Classic teams will reach end of life on July 1, 2025 -- are there any current workarounds for integrating with new MS Teams? Thank you!

I'm working on creating a report to identify and understand how long issues are in the "New" status & "In Progress" status. Ideally, it would be a journal entry report that gave me either date that status began and the date ended OR would give me the duration that status was active.  Any help would be appreciated!

Hi, I’m trying to display task statuses in the matrix report below. I have projects as rows and tasks as columns. Below the image is an example of how I’d like it to appear. Once the status names are visible, I’m confident I can handle the color portion. I tried creating a custom field to translate the status into a number:IF({DE:Status}="NEW", 0, IF({DE:Status}="INP", 1, IF({DE:Status}="CMP", 2, 0))) My goal was to display this field in the report. If I could get the value to show, I’d then use column rules to add color and select “show text.” See the screenshot below. However, I haven’t been able to get the value to display. 

My example, I have a drop-down field, countries where I have a value and label set up, such as Australia (label=Australia value=AU), United States (label=United States value=US), and so on.  I would like to use the value in a Calculated field but not sure how to get to it or if that is possible, anyone know?    

Hello! I am working on a project to increase visibility to project deliverables. I am looking to reference tasks completion dates in relation to a project using a project report. The developer for our new WordPress site is requesting that we submitt a large portion of our new text content formatted in Markdown. Unforunately, Workfront proofing does not accept .md files and I am wondering if anyone has a suggestion for a workflow to support reviewing and approving the Markdown content in Workfront?

How is everyone handling the transfer of document ownership when a user gets deactivated? When we deactivate users it deactivates their Workfront user account and removes the Workfront product from their console account, but if they own proof documents it will not deactivate their proof account. We need these proof accounts deactivated so they are not able to be added to future proofs. We are trying to build a Fusion scenario that would identify if the user owns proofs before deactivating and if so transfer the ownership to the versions creator if different than the owner, or the owners manager.  Has anyone developed this that they can share or have another way to handle this?

I have two Dropdown fields called 'Row' and 'Column' on my custom form. Hi, this might be a trivial question, but I am unable to get it to work.I have a calculated field that should update its value whenever a second field (status) is updated. I want to use Fusion to update the status, and I am able to make that update, but it seems the formula of the calculated field is not triggered with this update. Is there a way to actually update the status field through Fusion, and trigger the calculated field to be updated as well? Thanks in advance for any help. Joao

We currently use text mode to add the "name" of the document attached to the request. We would like to add the date/time to report out when a document or replacement document use uploaded compared to the planned completion date. Hi everyone,  Problem: Proofs that are created in the issue are not automatically moving over to the project once it's been converted and the requester doesn't remember to do it.  Solution: I would like to use Workfront Fusion to automate this process.  I'm looking for some information or help if anyone is familiar on how to setup something like this in Fusion. Thanks in advance. 

I have a task watch record module that I am trying to use the optional filter to capture only tasks that have an actual completion date of todays date.  I have tried actualCompletionDate=now but it errors out.  Does anyone know the right syntax? In addition, is there any documentation on using the optional filter? Thanks in advance for any any all help. Frank

Is it possible to export fusion scenario logs to an external tool such as Splunk?  We use Splunk to trigger alerts when errors or issues are deteted.

Lets say you have a field on a custom form and you want to know the date that field was last changed.  Is there a way to see that data? End result, I need to see how long a case was between a field changing and say how long it was in each state for reporting.
