Adobe Workfront

Hello all,Appreciate any thought or feedback on this.I'm looking to copy images attached to records via App Modules that don't provide the "Data" fields, like the AWS Module. A good example would be AirTable or even the Planning Modules. The AirTable module (like Planning) provides a Pictures[] array that contains URL paths to related images for a record. In the example below I had three pictures attached to one AirTable record.I'd like to - Read a record in AirTable (just an example) - DoneGet the URL Path - DoneGet the Data value for that image - not done?Send that image to another application via a supported module - let's use Adobe Workfront Upload Document as the test case. - DoableIn the case of the Workfront Upload Document module, I'm aware that it takes "Binary" or "text" data to attach a file to an object. Real Question: how do I get the data for the image via a URL path provided in the AirTable module (if possi

Hi,We have our projects set up with negative lag time for all tasks, since we need to work off of a certain Launch or Send date. Now we run into the issue, that the assignees of e.g. Task 2 do not get notified anymore, since the predecessor in the list starts on e.g. Task 1 Predecessor = Task2 - 5days. Any ideas how we can have a proper workback form a Launch date where all tasks lead up to, but the notifications will still work?

Hello! I have a scenario where we want to take the out-of-the-box handoff date for a task and create a calculated field that adds the task's planned duration to it. I’ve written the formula below, but I’m running into an issue: since we are using time in the planned duration (doing increments, like 4.5 days), the formula doesn’t seem to account for that properly. Does anyone have suggestions for an alternative way to make this work?   Adjusted Start Date is the Handoff Date and Adjusted End Date is this calculation: ADDWEEKDAYS({handoffDate},({durationMinutes}/480))    

Hi, I am currently working on a scenario where I need to trigger an e-mail notification to all the project owners under the "Event " program about their incomplete task before 5 days to the "Event Date" (custom field).  I have created the scenario but its sending the notification only to a single project (1st in the queue) and not sending the notification to all the other projects that under the "Event" program. I have create the custom API to get the all the data->used Iterator->created the set variable to get the no.of days lefts. Its working fine but only for just one project and sending notification to all the projects.Sharing the screenshot for reference.   Any suggestion or different approach would be highly appreciated. I am creating a task report with the goal of showing tasks that are ready to start by a certain group of individiuals (these filters are already applied) and don't have documents within a specific folder (the project-level folder titled "design").... Is there a way to filter by that second part? If so, can you assist with the text mode?In summary, I want the report to show me tasks in which the task is assigned to the a team or specificed individuals, it's predecessor is complete, AND there are no documents within the "design" folder. There was a very similar question Community question by @timothybr and response by @randyroberts that is almost the answer, but I can't figure out how to tweak it for me need. I can't get a Proof for video (.MP4) to work via proofs within the Adobe Workfront App. This also does not work with a browser on a mobile device.  Tested on iphone.  Also tested on Android. Been this way for a couple of months and need this function day to day. Is there a way to proof video on mobile with Adobe Workfront?  

How many of you out there use Workfront in your non-marketing departments? It would be great to connect with others who have nothing to do with marketing so we can share questions, struggles, and wins. If you reply, what department are you in or type of projects do you run in Workfront? I am in a supply chain PMO. We focus on capital (hardware, building upgrades, new buildings, etc.) or software implementations.

Our group works with four different brands and requires a lot of collaboration and visibility to communication between projects. Other than creating a team and tagging them in every comment, is there something else we can do to provide visibility to project updates for everyone on a project? We want people to be able to go back to the project updates and see everything. 

Hi community! Are there any suggestions to pull a report on all projects that have a specific folder (i.e. Final Deliverables) which is empty.  I am trying to see all projects that are closed where someone didnt upload final documents. Thanks!

Hi there,I'm wondering if anyone has any ideas or solutions on how to report on Rejected Proof Decisions?Our organization uses Proof Decisions and would like to track why a Proof was Rejected; requesting a new proof. We want to be able to track the reasons behind multiple versions of proofs.I was thinking if its possible to trigger a pop-up (dropdown) selection as to why a proof was being rejected - using a custom form; while associating it to the document version. Can Fusion do this?OR... am I overthinking this and there's already a natural solution for this in the Workfront system.

We need to sort a Proof Approval report by "Title". The sorting is not happening with the below text mode code. I am unable to find the Form setting/Field Settings/Field Sharing options anywhere on the custom form.These options were available in the Old UI.Did Workfront removed those features from CustomForms? If not, Can someone please help me find these in the new Custom form interface? Thanks in advance! 

What exactly does Last Update mean? Does it mean an actual change to an item or is it just the last person to click within the item. I havent been able to find a solid definition anywhere.

I am trying to understand how we can use the connections we build in Workfront planning in our reports. Most of our reports are task reports that track the deployment task of all projects. Since we are not able to connect tasks in Workfront planning, I wonder what is the best way to show connected metadata from planning into those task reports.

Hey there! I've got a lengthy project by month with many parent/child tasks.  I'd like to close the parent task (which generally is the month) so then all the child tasks are hidden.  However, when I do that, it stays open for someone else or it just is open when I go back to it.  Is there a way to keep a parent task arrow with all the child tasks closed for myself and everyone?  For example, when the month of March is completed, I want to "close" March so all the child tasks are hidden and you just see " > March ". Thank you!

We have a request queue that has been decommissioned and I have updated the sharing on the project to view only. However, the issues within the project maintain the shared access levels that were given when it was current. Is there a way for me to bulk update all of the issues to view only for any user it was shared with?

Hi All, I'd like to run a Fusion scenario when either or both of these 2 events occur on an Issue:A) Status changes to "Booked" while a user is already assigned.B) A user gets assigned (as Primary assignee) while the status is "Booked".("Booked" is a custom status coded as BOC.) Since the Fusion UI doesn't allow me to create a webhook with multiple subscriptions (so as to achieve the "OR" operator), I used the subscription API to create the 2 subsciptions:A) (new state) assignedToID EXISTS AND status CHANGES AND status = BOC B) (new state) assignedToID EXISTS AND assignedToID CHANGES AND status = BOCThis works most of the time, except the situation when the 2 changes happen at the same time, i.e. both assignedToID CHANGES and status CHANGES to BOC in the same update. In this situation the webhook gets 2 notifications with a few nanoseconds difference and my scenario runs twice. (The second run fails because it attempts the operations that the first run completed parallel.)&nb
