XF coming up as blank space in activity QA link

I am trying to insert a XF (experience fragment) or replace a component with XF however it's coming up as a blank space in the activity QA link. There is no error in the console logs. Any troubleshooting suggestions?

Can you please check your all assets for Experience fragment has been published before exporting to Target.
