What is Other Metadata field used for?

There is a field at the bottom of the Goals & Settings screen when setting up an activity that is labeled Other Metadata. What is this used for? I'm not sure how this is different than the Objective notes fields at the top and can't seem to find any mention about it in the documentation.

    Its just for info like alternate text for your objectives. i did not use it as such in real scenarios but depends.
