What is life time params in Adobe.target.trackEvent() and whener this info will persist?

what is the life time for this param in this event??

where this info will get saved??

Is there anyway to retrieve it after few days??

Track event is usually used for converting on an activity that a user is already in. Maybe you could elaborate on what you are trying to achieve?
