@mr_moorthi could you share the request URL and request payload on "gasingh@adobe.com" . I will quickly review it and share the insights.

If things need to be investigated , you may need to open a client care ticket.


@mr_moorthi  as suggested , the issue is related to the mbox host . Please check the Host section under Administrator tab in Target UI and then ensure that the Host settings are not enabled . If they are then please add the domain of the current page in the list.

@mr_moorthi this usually occurs because of authentication/access issues. 403 response code means that a client is forbidden from accessing a valid URL. The server understands the request, but it can't fulfil the request because of client-side issues.

Are you getting this error while loading Target on your page or while performing any specific task?

@gaurav_singh_02 Thanks for the quick response . We are getting this issue on page loading .

Even some sites dont have target activity but still this issue occuring .
