Unable to see the data in AT Console

Hi Team,

 

I have created activity in AT but using adobe target as reporting source. The experience is working on the page, but unable to see the data in the reports. Can't identify the reason for the same.

 

Note: Implemented the adobe target though web sdk. So, as this can be the reason.

    in that case, the issue might be with the host group selected for the reports. hope this helps https://helpx.adobe.com/au/target/kb/target_activites_report_data_not_available.html

    If you are using WebSDK, ensure that your analytics and target calls are part of the same rule. Please refer to the "all pages - library load - AA & AT rule" example in the page https://experienceleague.adobe.com/docs/platform-learn/implement-web-sdk/applications-setup/setup-target.html?lang=en

      So, this means does this support Adobe target as reporting source because rightnow in our implementation we have not done added analytics in the same rule.

       

      Rightnow, we are only migrating Adobe target through web sdk.
