Unable to register and pay for Adobe Target exam

I encountered an issue while attempting to register for an exam through the Adobe Credential Management portal, specifically with the Webassessor service.
Could you please give me some insight into the cause of this error and let me know the expected resolution time? I would appreciate any assistance you can provide to help resolve this issue.
 
Here are the screenshots of the error message when attempting registering and paying for the Adobe Target: Adobe Target Optimization Specialist exam. 

I have emailed certif@adobe.com on this issue, but they have passed me to trainptr@adobe.com.

Adobe ADLS have resolved my problem, and now I can register and pay for my exam

Hi Krishna,

 

I spoke to ADLS on Tuesday about the issue and they said it was a back end issue on Adobe Adobe ADLS/Kryterion (Webassessor), but would get it sorted on Wednesday/Thursday.

I spoke to the ADLS Program manager on Friday about the issue and they said that the team have sorted out the bank end links to the register and pay pages, but it works for the Adobe Qualified Analytics and two AEM Exams. But does skips the to the review info and submit page for the Adobe Qualified Target and Marketo Engage exams.
