I have created a recommendation based on top-seller products across site criteria but it is not working I am not getting any data. do I need to provide any additional information to target for this algorithm to run?

for top seller recommendation to work you need to trigger orderconfirmpage mbox on thankyou page, with mbox params - productpurchaseID, product total, etc.
