ThirdpartyID / ECID Service & Customer Attributes

Hi,

 

We are looking to use customer attributes for Target.

 

If we are setting the customer id via the ECID service on login along with auth state - do we also need to set the Target thirdpartyID parameter too? Or can we still target visitors based on customer attributes using just ECID?

You can just target visitors based on customer attributes using just ECID.

Thirdparty ID is not required.
