Target - Recommendations Experiences - UTF-8 Result with Error of Recommendation

Hi to everyone,

 

Please your help, I created a feed using a .csv file with format (UTF-8) delimited of commas. But, when I call that information in a Recommendation Experience the information is arrived with errors of characters. How can I resolve this?

On the page you are editing is there a charset tag?

Hi,

 

Yes, but I already solved it. I don't know why, but when I insert a .csv in Target Recommendations, it delays a few hours to update the information so although I fixed it, it showed me the same information until Target did the update.
