Recommendation Front Promotion NOT Saving

Hello,

I'm wondering if anyone has experienced similar issues with saving a Front Promotion within a Recommendation component...I have a previously created XT activity that is live and I'm trying to add a list of Front Promotions to the component to fill position 1 of the design with a random item order option selected. I've tried deactivating the activity and making the update as well as updating the live experience, neither method seems to save successfully. I keep getting an error message stating the activity was unsuccessfully saved. Any ideas why? Any workaround here? Is it just that I'm unable to add a promotion to an activity that has previously been live on the site? Assuming if this is the case then I'd have to copy this activity and make a new one, this time including the front promotion in the build?

    I'm not aware/recall any reason for why it shouldn't work or require you create a copy. I guess it will be quick for you to check whether a copy of the activity will work.

    If it continues to be an issue I would raise a ticket with client care.
