Profile script documentation for nontechnical users?

Hello, I was wondering if there is any documentation or resources for marketers (i.e. less technical users and non-devs) on the basics of building and using profile scripts in Target audiences?

The resources I have found all assume JS knowledge, and I am looking for something more basic for those of us who want to build more nuanced audiences but don't have dedicated Target devs. Just knowing how to read the syntax and apply appropriately for some common use cases would be a help.

In below link - it has some explanation ( Non developers can understand) about how profile script work
