Multivariate Test on Mobile Apps

I know how to use the A/B tests on mobile native apps.
But is it possible to run Multivariate Test on (iOS/Android) mobile apps?

It is my understanding that MVT is dependent on visual experience composer (VEC) and HTML DOM elements which are not present in compiled apps.
