Item with Similar Attributes - Item Based Criteria

Hi Team,

I would like to understand how the Item Based criteria works. Is it supposed to return all the items from catalog based on recommendation key?

I am passing a value of a product from the catalog that has same value to the other products, is it supposed to return all the products that matches the value in the recommendation key?
