Adobe Target

Hi All,I am trying to achieve a use case where I want to enable an activity on all site pages. Example - We have a common header AEM component across all pages for which I want to setup an A/B experience for two different experiences I want to show. I have setup an activity using VEC in Adobe Target on the homepage. I know there is an option to add additional pages but what if I want to enable it all pages across the site. Can you suggest the best way to implement this? Regards,AB

Hi, It seems like your support system is not working quite right. I get a popup on the page that the notification is created, and that I should receive an email confirmation - but I never do. I've created a ticket about three weeks ago, and two today - not a single email or response from Adobe.  I realize this is not a specific "Target" issue - but the tickets I submitted were regarding Target

Hello Team, If we have an A/B testing solution for the main website, could we also leverage it within the embedded web components in Adobe Target ?Wouldn’t it mean embedding the required JavaScripts within the web components? What would be the restrictions?   Thanks,HarSingh

Hi Team, We are using customer attribute to upload the offline data in experience cloud.The data file contains the CustomerId as first column and we are passing this customerid in the thirdPartyId in the target call.The customerId value in data file is in doublquotes however the value that we are passing in thirdPartyId is without doubl quotes so targeting doesnt work using crs data source.As a workaround we used escape characters in the code at target end so that value in double quotes is passedNow I can see the value passing like this and the targeting also works:  so wanted to ask if this fine and it would not break anything else. 

I'm trying to make a simple dashboard with requirements that look like this: Unique visitorsHad impression of one of multiple Target Activities, with Acitivity name contains text 'xyz' The above-mentioned Target Activities were seen in a sub-domain of website, which can be identifieid by page contains text 'abc'Now, when I tried to make this in calculated metrics/manual stack segment in analysis workspace, it included far wider range of users, as it was not possible to isolate Target Activity of current impression and combine with pageview page name condition. Instead, it was filtered from the most recent 150 Target Activities stored in tnt variable as well.  Is there any way we could isolate the hit level condition to the (current impression of Target Activity), and current page hit, and apply to aggregate unique users who satisfy that conditon?  Reading this article below, tnt_post_action would have only the current Target impression information, an

If a machine is shared by multiple users, how can you update a user's audience on log in and then clear it on log out? In our example, we target a banner in our logged in app to an audience A.A user, who qualifies for audience A, logs in and sees the Target banner in the app.That user logs out, but does not close the browser window. In the same session, a user, who does not qualify for audience A, logs in and also sees the Target banner in the app.This is the wrong behavior.  How should I set up targeting so that ONLY users who qualify for an experience because of their log-in information see a Target experience? When the user logs out, that qualification should be forgotten. Thanks,Keith

I've created an experience that displays on a SPA triggerView() event. it works as expected the first time that the triggerView() page is loaded or when the app view is changed to that triggerView(). However, if the page displaying the experience called by the triggerView() is reloaded, then the trigger doesn't fire and the experience doesn't display until the triggerView is fired again by navigating the app. I reached out to the team that manages Launch for us and their response was that the triggerView() function is set to fire on URL hash change via Launch. That explains why the trigger and the experience don't fire on page reload, but it doesn't tell me how to ensure that the experience displays on page reload.  Has anyone dealt with a similar problem? Hi, What is the limit that we can display in recently viewed products recommendations? I read a document which says 99 but I could only display up to 35-40  recently viewed products and if I refresh the page the products come down to random number. Thanks in Advance.

Hi all!We are trying to create a recommendation criteria to show the 20 most visited articles in a certain category.Everything is logically based on the Popularity - Most Visited recommendation key, but after testing it with the design template, we never got the full 20 articles (not even activating the backup options). We get 2,3, 4 ... but never in full.Is there a way to get a simple list of 20/30/40... most visited articles of any category?Why don't the activated backup options complete the design template with any entity of the same category?Thanks in advance.

Hi all!We are trying to eliminate several criteria that we have created for testing, but we constantly get the following message:[ERROR Criteria cannot be deleted because it is in use by one or more activities. To delete this criteria, first delete all activities which reference it. (Reference name (s): 0.5815426299049302,0.5355434575526251,0.7693591864131171,0.08126863997144707)] We have tried to locate those references to eliminate them and be able to delete the criteria, but it's impossible to find them.None of them are active and from the API we don't see any activity with those IDs either.So, is there a simple way to eliminate criterias?Thank you in advance.

I'm trying to work with user profile data (category affinity specifically) to implement a custom solution. I'm wondering if it's possible to read that data using JavaScript rather than using Target's built-in category affinity options. I can see this data in the mbox JSON file that's being loaded on our site if I enable the Target trace, but I haven't found a way to access that data programmatically.

Hi all!I'm trying to deliver a test on 4 different pages. For instance, four different product pages. My first thought was to go into the page delivery and add a template rule "Or" to do a "URL Contains" for each page. What I've found is that you can only do one "Or" in template rules, and the rest must be "Ands". Therefore, I can only extend an activity to two pages using Page Delivery.Has anyone had experience delivering a test to more than two pages without running multiple activities to span those pages?Thanks!

Hello - I submitted an idea for this, but wondering if anyone else has a suggestion or recommendation? I would like an automatic way to be alerted of when our a/b tests have hit statistical significance. Currently the process is manual. We use the confidence calculator to predict when a test hits statistical significance and put a calendar reminder to check-in at the appropriate time. We also monitor our activities. However things come up (like PTO, absence/sick, job transitions, trainings etc). Current state is not a scalable process when we have many a/b tests running across multiple workspaces and have multiple report suites. We have an activity tracker where we put all of our details from our tests plan in it and use as our source of truth. However, we are in Target and Analytics frequently. I would normally try this through creating an alert, however lift and confidence are not standard Analytics metrics so you cannot choose them when creating rules in the Alert Bui
