Hello Experts,Hope you are doing well!Is it possible to read key-value pairs from browser (LocalStorage, SessionStorage or Cookies) and use any of them for Audience Segmentation in Adobe Target? I tried with a particular key-value pair from Local Storage via Profile Script, I could create a segment with custom (mbox). However, I would like to check if we can read all key-value pairs from LocalStorage (or even SessionStorage or Cookies)? Thank you in advance! Best,K

Hi Team, We have implemented Target Server side using Delivery API and our website follows AEM headless architecture. Wanted to check for the below queries -1. Will there be any usecases where we will require QA urls to preview the experience or since its server-side and headless, QA urls will not make sense.2. Will debugging parameters like mboxTrace/mboxDebug/mboxDisable will also not be required in case of server-side and headless implementation Regards,Disa

Is there anyway to view the current version of Target Standard/Premium that my organization is on? I understand it is a SaaS solution and version updates are applied automatically. However for documentation and other internal processes, it would be helpful if there is a way to view the current version of a given Target instance, especially since, per, the Target release notes, it appears as if most releases are staggered. For example, I could probably assume our Target instance is on version 22.6.1, but is there any way, whether through the UI itself, in an HTTP header, the page source or elsewhere, where this can be confirmed?Thanks.

Hi all, I am new to Adobe Target and i found myself with this problem where the documentation does not cover. My companys site uses the same URL for both desktop and mobile sites, but the mobile version is not responsive so i cannot use mobile viewports. However i cannot find any option to load the mobile version of a website while making the activity, thus all my activities can only work for desktop version. Does anyone know how i can choose the non-responsive mobile website when i make a new activity? Thank you.

Currently we have an Adobe Target Experiment active on our site for an A/B experience. It seems to fail to load the experience on the initial load of the website (we have cleared all cookies/cache/history). However, when we refresh the page, Adobe Target successfully loads the experiment in either A or B experience.  Any suggestions as to what could be causing this to happen? Why does Adobe Target experience only begin to load after a refresh?   

Hello, I'm new to Adobe Target, so this may be a basic question.If I have multiple activities set up to deliver content on the same page to the same audience, can I control when a user sees one activity as opposed to another?For example, say I have activity 1 and activity 2 with overlapping audiences that deliver content to the same page. Can I set a rule that says that if a user has never visited the page before he will see activity 1? After the visitor sees activity 1 three times, then he will see activity 2 going forward?Assuming this is possible, does this go against best practices? Should collisions be avoided as a general rule?Thanks,Keith

We’re running into an issue with the recommenders with our SPA (Singe Page Application) implementation using ReactJS.  The problem is that recommenders only show in the SPA when the page is refreshed.  This seems to be related to how the different calls are being made into target. For the initial load of a page, the page load request is sent but for all subsequent pages, just the triggerView call is sent.   This is because for a SPA the page doesn’t reload, it just changes the content in the views.  In my testing it seems that ONLY the page load request seems to load the recommenders, not the triggerView.  I did some debugging of the launch code and it seems to have confirmed it.  When trigger view is called, it just tries to load and view changes out of the local cache and then tries to render it.  For something like an A/B test there are changes present and are rendered accordingly.  For recommenders however, there isn’t an entry stor

Hello community, I do have a few questions related to the target activities in AA.I created a dozen of activities in target, tested with them, waited for a few days already. 1. some activities still don't show up in the dropdown list. Does report suite configuration matter?2. some deleted activities are still shown up in the dropdown list. I would like to get rid of them...3. is there anyway that I can "hide/ignore" the activities from a specific target workspace.

Hi all, I'm inspired by the use case mentioned that "Products with incomplete metadata fields (missing thumbnail, price, or other important metadata)."(source from https://experienceleague.adobe.com/docs/target/using/recommendations/entities/exclusions.html?lang=en). It's a good idea to manage feed quality, especially for the null value.  Unfortunately, I failed to implement this concept in AT. I listed what I've tried to configure below.1. From the "Exclusion" interface, I put "null" text after the equal operator. Unfortunately, it doesn't work. 2. From "Catalog Search" > "Advanced Search," I'd found two special operators such as "value is present" and "value is not present." It seems it could solve this issue. Unfortunately, again, the drop-down selection from "Save As" doesn't allow it to be used. Does anyone have practice managing a feed file with null values except by pointing to the source file? As you know, by leveraging Launch, it can pass

However, we ran into an error saying 'File parsing failed' (like below) with no further details.  Can you provide more information on what this error is related to? There's new documentation about how to implement Target with the Edge Network API, However, it doesn't mention how I can pass all the options/params I usually send to the Target Delivery API, for example, let's say I need to send an "at_property" token to be able to retrieve activities from a specific Target workspace. How can I achieve this in the Edge Network API? is there any docs explaining how to migrate from the Delivery API to the Edge Network API?

I have an Adobe Target at.js v2.x question, we are in the process of migrating from 1.x to 2.x and hoping to leverage preloading and triggerView for a VEC friendly implementation that scales.The question I have is around the naming convention of the triggerViews - let me give an example:Say we are an eCommerce website that has many different product detail pages (PDPs), we have 2 options when defining view names for each PDP..We keep it generic - i.e. single view name for all PDP `shop:product-detail`We make it granular - i.e. single view name per product `shop:product-detail:product-123` Each has a pro and con, if we want to run a test across all PDP pages then #1 is most effective, otherwise if we wanted to test on a sub-set of PDP then #2 might be more effective.Would be interested on how others have approached this? Does the triggerView also allow a templated approach where I can apply modifications to many triggerViews that match a certain pattern - e.g. starts with `sho

Hello all! According to the documentation located here: https://adobetarget-sdks.gitbook.io/docs/core-principles/bucketing I should be able to bucket users into an A/B test experience by passing an arbitrary thirdPartyId parameter with the outbound mbox request.  However, I'm seeing that this is not the case when passing this parameter in (at least not immediately).  Is there a latency period for this thirdPartyId being mapped to an experience in the Adobe CDN?   Follow up question, if in future calls I were to also pass in marketingCloudVisitorId and tntId params along with thirdPartyId would the Adobe CDN then key all of these IDs together and bucket the user appropriately? Thanks!

I'm reading target docs about server side integrating with 3rd party data sources and there are some limitations and there is mention that i should integrate though adobe.io to pass them but then on adobe.io docs I see same description about profile update with same limitations and link to "Server-Side Delivery API" which is top of same documentation. Where I can find real documentation where single updates will be processed faster than 1-24h?
