My query isI have two separate product linesThe recommendation activity which I want to run for these two different product lines is on their respective product pagesThe few details which got displayed (look and feel) about these products is also differentIn such a scenario,Do I need to take one feed for both type of products from AEM OR should I take two separate feed from AEM. One for each type of product??If there are two feeds, then will these two feed update the same space in recommendation catalog?? OR we can also do a separation between recommendation catalog for these two product lines??

If we set up a daily Product recommendation feed from AEM 6.2 to Adobe Target Premium. then 1. Will the feed of each day overwrite the earlier day feed? OR the latest products in feed will be appended to earlier feed available in Target? 2. Will the recommendation activity only recommend those products which are available in latest feed in case of daily feed? 3. If we plan to take feed daily and before uploading the next day feed. In between this time period, if some of the products/content page got deleted by content/product team, then I believe  404 error will come for those pages which got deleted.How we can ensure that 404 error page not come for those pages which got deleted by product team i.e. recommendation activity not recommend those product which got deleted from back-end but their details are available in .csv feed sent??

Hello,Our dev team encountered an issue recently where an audience we created to track the number of days from the current day has stopped working. For example, if I chose to book at trip for 3/23, I'd be counting 10 days from today, and would subsequently be placed within a 0 - 10 audience segment. However, we have several audiences that utilize this profile script, that are now grossly under-reporting data.As mentioned, the following script has worked for months, and suddenly has stopped. We are integrating with Adobe target with AEM 6.3. We are using the Experience fragments approach to personalize the content. However, We already have an mbox included in the template. When we add Target cloud service in AEM and load the page. mbox.js is throwing errors. I have read in one of the documentation that if we want to include any custom mbox.js it should be done via cloud service upload option. 1.Could you please confirm if we are configuring the cloud service there is no need of adding any additional mbox.js on the page as it is already referring to the mbox using the cloud service?2. Also, If we upload the custom mbox.js would it update the mbox configuration in the adobe target?Let me know if you need any other information.

I'd like a general overview of when it's best to use a Target Audience versus a Refinement within a campaign.There seems to be slight differences between the two but they can accomplish a lot of the same functions.

I've set up an A/B split test routing traffic 50/50 to a redirect page. But after activating the test and letting it run for a few days reporting shows the split of 93/7. Why is it not splitting as set?

We created an activity and made modifications via the visual designer for each of our current 35 audiences that had 8 modifications each. All was well for about 3 weeks, but last week I went to add some more experiences to it, six to be exact, and all but one experience, the last one saved, had their modifications wiped. My QA notified me about 30-60 min after the last save where everything looked fine that he was not seeing the personalized experiences. That is when I became aware of the disappearance. Any ideas about what could have happened? Is there any way to implement backups for Target?? Thanks, everyone.

Hi.Im troubleshooting SEO related issue - at certain conditions when i force Fetch as Google of page - it's fetch result is Partially.Next, when i search for that page in google and open Cached version of that page - it is actually not fully fetched(of course, current version is successfully fetched Complete if request it from browser).Comparing JS console, the first difference i see is"AT: Adobe Target content delivery is disabled. Update your DOCTYPE to support Standards mode."And this appears to be true - cached by google version of page lacks<!DOCTYPE html> declarationNext, i see a lot of resources are not loaded.So, i wonder - does google modify HTML content of my page? This appears to be a root cause of our SEO issues. Anybody got experience with this?

If you are looking to implement Adobe Target through DTM or thinking of getting enabled on your Adobe Target Classic account, you need to know the client code of your account. In order to find the Client Code of your account you need to go to Setup > Implementation > Edit Mbox.js Settings. A couple team members and I are having trouble getting the Activity QA link to generate a preview with the changes we've made for our tests. I've tried most of the suggestions(toggling off audience rules, clearing browser, going incognito,etc) I've read here and not working properly so far. We have AEM 6.4 for our site. If anyone has any insight on why we're not able to see any changes, it'd be greatly appreciated.

Hello, we have started an A/B/N Test with overall 6 versions of a landing page (incl. control version). Each of the test versions (B-F) redirects to a different url (landing-page-b.html, landing-page-c.html, etc.)  It is set up in Target, that the traffic is distributed by 20% for A and 16% each for the 5 test versions (B-F). However, according the Adobe Analytics tracking, roughly 80% of the traffic go to A and 20% to the 5 other versions (4% each).Does anyone have an idea where the problem might be? Thanks in advance!

Hello,Anyone have an idea how to exclude vistiors from specific other Target activities? I would like to create an XT activity targeted for all visitors who haven't entered one of the other activites that are live in the same time. I don't mean excluding visitors from any other test / activity but only those who have entered the specific one. In best case scenerio i would like to just exclude visitors from (XYZ) activity on a page where i set up tageting.Thanks in advance for any tips,Maciej

Hello All,I am trying to apply my AB Test scenario to my full website by using Add template rule in Page Delivery Section in Configure Tab.It is working fine for my local environment, when I setup rule a page URL and a URL starts with or contains xyz.But, when I am trying to setup same scenario for my project Dev and Publish env., it is not working and experience only coming on initial page URL.Please let me know, what I am doing wrong ?Thanks in Advance,Harshit

Hi optimization friends,I'm trying to QA an A/B test with two experiences, but within each experience I have multiple audiences that see different targeting. The goal is to test the impact of the personalized content and logic.The audiences were created in Audience Manager and pushed to Target. Does any one know of a way I can trick Target into thinking that I fall into one of those audiences? The QA links that Target provides are only for the control and the variant, but there is no option to force an audience. Furthermore, there is no way to naturally fall into some audiences because they require that I meet 1st party data criteria such as "has purchased product y before".I need a way to trick Target into showing me each experience so that we can see it load properly, click around and make sure everything is good to go.Thank you!Scott

Hey,We've recently implemented Target at my work having moved away from Optimizely, so apologies if these issues seem very basic. I have looked on the forums but to no avail.We've had a fair few issues with A/B tests, so far we've only used manual allocation so the issues pertain to that. Hopefully our problems are connected and there's one cause we're not quite seeing.Firstly, as the title suggests the splits are not matching what we set the allocation at when we look at unique visitors (we're using Adobe Analytics). 50:50 tests have tended to go 60:40, and a 60:20:20 test went 70:15:15.Another issue we're seeing is a test that ran with no difference between A and B saw an uplift of roughly 8% at 99.99% interval - which obviously seems very unlikely.There are a few other small issues that mean we currently can't really trust our results but those are the main ones.As I say we're fairly new to Target so any help/possible suggestions would be greatly appreciated - we haven't had much lu

Hi,I have a quick question on the Target Most viewed recommendations data.Does Target uses its own scoring of data through mboxes to track most viewed items? Or does Target uses Analytics underneath as the data source for algo's like most viewed and bought?Reason, I am asking is because, the Analytics account may already have details on most viewed items, but if Target maintains its own scoring, then Target Recommendations of most viewed won't match to what Analytics report will show.Can you point me to direction or documentation that specifies Targets data scoring for Most Viewed, Popular, bought etc. I looked at standard recommendations documentation, but couldn't find anything that would link that scoring to Analytics data.~Runal

Does anyone have any experience with implementing Adobe Target with an AngularJS. Specifically I am trying to achieve a URL redirect. I have the redirect working but the performance at the moment is poor in that Experience A loads fully, then the redirect happens, then Experience B loads. This is a poor experience for the user and I would prefer to correct it...I've implemented at.js for Angular ngRoute following the instructions available at Angular ngRoute · Adobe-Marketing-Cloud/target-atjs-extensions Wiki · GitHub As per the instructions I have "Include(d) at.js without the auto-created mbox" I set up the the redirect using the "Redirect to URL" on Experience B in the VEC for target...Any help very much appreciated!

Hello,I have created a few segments in Adobe Analytics and pushed it to Experience cloud so that I could use them as Audiences in Target.But when I checked the Audiences under Target, I see multiple instances of these segments showing. One segment shows up 3 times, with same name.In Analytics, there is just one segment.I have deleted them from Audience Library, but still they are showing up in Target Audience.Can anyone let me know how do I delete the multiple instances of audiences in target, so that only 1 segment is shown as audience?Thank you.

Hi Folks,We are running AB test with manual 50/50 traffic split between control and challenger, When we looked at the report for 5 days of data, reports shows that in challenger visitor numbers are 15% higher than control. We are doing manual traffic split to both the experience and % is equally divided 50%.So I would like to understand technically how manual traffic allocation works in Adobe target. 15% difference in traffic allocation in manual AB test is huge for US to decide winning experience.Regards,Manish Agravat
