Identifying deleted offers for Automated Personalization activities in new UI

I'm having problems identifying deleted offers in Automated Personalization activities in the new Target UI.

In the old UI, deleted offers would appear in Reports with their full name and 'deleted' appended to it e.g. 'Offer Name [Deleted]'.

Now in the new UI, they appear as 'Deleted option with ID:1', with the ID number changing for each deleted offer (see attached screenshot).

These IDs don't mean anything to me, and I am unable to identify which offer they refer to. Has anyone else encountered this issue, and is there a way to match the ID to a previously deleted offer? This change has made reporting on automated personaliztion activities way more challenging, and I'm baffled as to why this crucial piece of information has been removed.

Hi @ryanlg ,

This is a known issue in the new Adobe Target UI for Automated Personalization (AP) activities.

Several Adobe Target users have flagged this issue. If this is critical for your org:

  • Raise a ticket with Adobe.

  • Ask them to provide an internal mapping or offer export.

  • Mention your AP activity name and environment.

The more teams that escalate this, the more likely Adobe will prioritize a UI fix.
