    The standard approach to this revolves around using Response Tokens - there's an example here which explains the general concept, which you could then adjust depending on which data you want to send

      The format for event triggers have changed slightly for GA4 - https://developers.google.com/analytics/devguides/collection/ga4/events?client_type=gtag

       

      Make sure to setup custom dimensions in GA and use those instead of eventCategory, eventAction and eventLabel.
