Geo Targeting Range

Hello,

It would be great to drop a pin or select a particular location and say "create an audience with all IPs generated within 50 miles of this location". Right now we have to use zip codes or figure out latitude and longitudinal settings. Locational based marketing through Target will be greatly improved by this UI shift.
