Facing issue while creating recommendation activity

Hi All,

I am trying to create recommendation activity but while creating criteria Recommendation Key is not loading.Can anyone let me know what may be the issue.Please find the attached screenshot.

    Possibly due to no products being available but not sure. This might be something that requires you open a new ticket with support. Some things to consider:

    1. Do you have products in your catalog?

    2. How long ago where they updated?

    3. What means are they being uploaded by: Feed or Mbox?
