Extend user permissions to "Recommendations"

Description -

There is currently a robust set of user permissions that can be set up for A/B testing, however this does not extend to recommendations. There is no way to stop any user who has access to Target from editing a Live Recommendations design/critera/collection.

Why is this feature important to you -

To ensure accountability and site stability

How would you like the feature to work -

In exactly the same way the roles and permissions work for A/B testing:

Observer - ability to see, but not edit any design/criteria/collection

Editor - ability to edit, but not publish

Published - ability to publish, but not edit

Approver - ability to edit and publish

We are glad to hear from you! We are actively looking into Target's user permissions and appreciate your idea and the description of your problem. I will pass this along to our team and investigate the problem you explained here more.

Thanks @schristensenadobe, thinking about how our business use Recommendations, if there was some way to assign permissions to Edit Collections but not Designs and Algorithms - this would also be very helpful.
