Error message : Sync Error

Hi Team,

An error message popup after I Save an activity in Adobe Target this morning. I did try couple of times and also in incognito window, but still no luck. I also checked the adobe system status and service is available today.

Please advise.

Hi @connie6 

We faced this issue earlier too (Sync Error). and while solving it, we got to know we were using wrong scene7 image URL in the activity.

Please check if you are doing the same mistake. or there might be some similar kind of mistake you might be doing in your code.
