Difference between Mobile Device and Mobile Phone audience

Hi there

 

I have been working under the assumption that 'Is Mobile Device' includes phones and tablets, and that 'Is Mobile Phone' is only phones.

 

Is this correct?  Or are they mutually exclusive?
