Deployment of search and promote changes

Hi,

I have multiple search and promote instances pointing to different environment (STAGE, QA, UAT, etc). If any changes done on any of the search and promote instances (like creating metadata,facets,etc), how do we deploy these changes to other search and promote instances?

 

Please guide.
