Can Rawboxs render User based recommendations?

I am trying to add a recommendation on to a Page using a Rawbox, I noticed that the User Based Algorithm types on this one Page aren't rendering (Recently Viewed ect). while the Item-based and popular- based Algorithms are populating on the same page with rawboxes. FYI I am sending the entity.id in the call as well for all the recommendations.

    Hi @colleenashmore yes rawbox can also render the recomendations. I have used the rawboxes and using delivery APIs to check the results.

    The API content has the recommended products.

    Could you use trace also and check the reason for null Criterion Recommendations ?
