Bring back support for remote offers in latest version of Mobile SDK

Issue: Remote offer used to work in mobile app SDK v4.13 no longer supported in  mobile app SDK v4.14.1+ Per Adobe internal Enginering ticket TNT-30045 currently the only supported offers are: html, widget and recs.

Feature: Bring back support for remote offers in the latest version of the mobile app SDK.

    Questions:
    1) Does current version of AEP Mobile SDK suport "Remote Cached Offer" ?

    2) Does current version of AEP Mobile SDK suport "Remote Dynamic Offer" ?

    3) Does lagacy 4x Mobile SDKs work with both types of offers ?

    Documentation only describes how Dynamic Remote Offer works for HTML page, but how it works with Mobile SDK I can not find any information.
