Audiences>Network>ISPs stopped working

We have been using an audience defined as audience>network>ISP includes plusnet to target our own customers (we are an ISP) and until recently this was working correctly.

However within the last few weeks, this seems to have stopped working, as is now not targeting anyone at all.

Any ideas what may have gone wrong?

Hi Paul,

Can you clarify if you are using the segmentation tools within Target itself, or are you using the Audience core service of the Marketing Cloud to segment your visitors? If you're using the core service, are you creating the segment in Analytics as a historcal audience or in the Marketing Cloud as a real-time audiences?

Thanks,
Jantzen

Hi Jantzen.

This is using the segmentation tools within Target.

Thanks.

HI Jantzen - Andy is the developer on this, so to confirm it is the segmentation tools in Target itself. The ISP segment worked fine for us for several months but seemed to change sometime in late Oct or early Nov.

Paul,

Thanks for the confirmation. I'm working to get one of our Target resources to review this question.

Thanks,
Jantzen
