Are activities that are archived still part of the Target tag that is loaded on our pages? We are looking for ways to improve our site performance and have archived a significant number of activities in Target but it has not had any impact. Are these archived activities still being considered? Is the only way to truly remove an activity to delete it?

You can use Cloud Debugger to see if any of the archived activities are still appearing.
