Description - Allow AT 2.x access to edge profile from AEP

Why is this feature important to you - it would keep me from removing AT on the site

How would you like the feature to work - Target audiences have a new drop down for edge profile

Current Behaviour - It seems that you only get access to AEP segments if you call AT through alloy. For a variety of reasons, trying to take AT off of our site is a major ask. It would be nice to get access to the segments. It looks like the edge profile is at least in scope during a debug session within the trace response.
