Adobe Target - Elements Not Displaying

I'm using Target within my company. Several of us use Target. In my view, I am missing components / icons that my co-workers are able to see correctly. I load Target in two different browsers and I have the same issue in both. You can see in the screenshots, instead of the icons that should be there, I see a bunch of squares instead. Any ideas? We cannot figure out my issue.

I also have an issue when clicking to edit text. Instead of seeing what my coworkers see, I get a blank white screen with nothing to edit.

Tried on both Edge and Chrome. Both show the same way.

Hi @bridgethi ,

Browser extensions blocking the view of components in Chrome. Can you please uninstall/off the extensions and try.

Please check in Firebox browser as well.

If issue persist then please connect with Adobe Support team. Create a support ticket for this issue.

Hi @bridgethi

The only times I've seen this, is if the local network in the office has been blocking some of the requests for the Target UI to load correctly or users connecting through a VPN that would be restricted in similar ways.
However, as your co-workers are not having this issue - and assuming you're sitting in the same office or potentially connecting through the same VPN - this doesn't seem to be a valid reason.

If nothing of the above sound familiar, then I would create a support ticket with Adobe ClientCare.
