Add a "Recommend Previously Viewed Items" toggle for Media/Publishing industry in the Recommendations

As a media/publishing company, we want to exclude all the previously viewed items from the recommendations. This is at the moment not possible out of the box. We have seen that for the Ecommerce industry there is a "Recommend Previously Purchased Items" toggle. It would be good that for Media/Publishing companies it exists out of the box for "Viewed" items.
