A4T Report discrepancy

Hi All,

We are seeing issues where we see that there are lot of unspecified (almost 58%) for the Adobe Target activity we created.

Few points:

1. All the pages on site has the Target activity enabled.

2. There is a default experience so that when user doesnt qualify for any audience they should fall back to default experience.

What could be the reason why we have such a high number as unspecified?
