We’re thrilled to share with you that Adobe Real-Time CDP was named the highest designated leader in Everest Group Customer Data Platform (CDP) Products PEAK Matrix Assessment 2025! It is truly an honor to have received this recognition and validation, and to have done so for the second straight time; we were also the top leader in the inaugural edition of this report, which published in 2023. We take this report as strong validation that our vision and current capabilities are meeting customers’ expectations at this critical time.   Everest Group shared that “Adobe has a strong global presence through an extensive technology and SI partner ecosystem”. In their report, Adobe was recognized for: A strong global and ecosystem footprint – the ability to service customers of all types and geographies, supported by our strong partner network Cleanroom investments to solve for acquisition strategy – helping enterprises solve for top of funnel use cases with innovative technolog

Imagine you are collecting data from your website via streaming using HTTP API. As people browse and do things on the site, that data is being collected. You wish to create audiences using that event data and want to activate those audiences to a cloud storage destination such as S3 or SFTP. However, you are aware you are unable to map experience event data within the destination connectors. This makes it impossible to activate the audiences to such destinations. Secondly, imagine once on the site, people can either authenticate (log in) or choose not to (unauthenticated/anonymous users). In cases where an individual arrives at the site multiple times in a month but does not log in, you want to collect behaviors of such anonymous users over time until they eventually log in. Once they do, you wish to connect their past behaviors to their current known identity.  How do you design a data model that allows you to accomplish all of the above? There are a few approaches

Input Data: Time Series and Events  What are Time Series and Events? These are signals that capture user actions or behaviors over time. Server-side tag management offers several advantages over traditional client-side tag management, particularly in terms of performance, security, and data accuracy. Adobe event forwarding allows you to send collected event data from Adobe Experience Platform Edge Network to non-Adobe destinations for server-side processing, it is a powerful way to streamline data collection and distribution while improving website performance and data governance. Here are the key points about Adobe event forwarding: Purpose: It allows you to send data to third-party, non-Adobe vendors directly from Adobe's Edge Network instead of from the client-side browser (in some cases in addition to client side data sent). This leads to faster page load times and a better user experience, as fewer scripts need to be executed on the client side. Enhanced Data Secur

I followed the questions and prompts in the original blog post.    Which Audiences have 0 profiles?  Which of my Audiences have never been activated to a destination?  What are some best practices for deleting an Audience?  Which of my audiences have never been activated to a destination and have 0 pr

Hi,We've created a dynamic segment that compares an event data with a profile attribute. however, when i select EDGE as the evaluation method, I encounter the following error shown in the screenshot, Could anyone provide guidance on how to create this an edge segment? I understand that profile attributes are not available on the edge network by default, but is there a way to send the profile attributes to the edge to enable this as an edge segment?  The goal is to use this segment in Adobe Target to display personalized message in real-time, on page load, to a specific authenticated users. Any suggestions or insights would be greatly appreciated!
