Webinar Attendance Not Updated Within 24 Hours

Issue


Webinar attendance still has not updated 24 hours after webinar was completed.

Solution


Sometimes Webinar providers can fail to update attendance to Marketo. To refresh the attendance information do the following:
 
  • Open the Webinar Program
  • Go to Event Actions -> Refresh from webinar provider


If this does not resolve the issue, please contact Support.
